Margaret A. Bobonich, DNP, FNP-C, DCNP, FAANP is a faculty member at the Case Western Reserve University Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing (FPB) and a dermatology nurse practitioner at University Hospitals Case Medical Center (UHCMC) of Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Bobonich has more than 28 years of nursing experience, including trauma and flight nursing, medical and surgical nursing and family practice. She has worked at the Free Clinic in Painesville, Ohio and in rural Ohio as a family nurse practitioner. As a dermatology nurse practitioner at UHCMC, Dr. Bobonich focuses on general dermatology, lending her expertise to conditions such as acne, dermatitis, psoriasis, and blistering diseases. She is committed to working with underserved patients and leads a team from CWRU to provide health care in Central America.

Dr. Bobonich holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing at CWRU. She belongs to many professional organizations, including the NP Society of the Dermatology Nurses’ Association (DNA) and Sigma Theta Tau. She has also received many prestigious awards such as Fellow in the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the FPB Dean’s Legacy Award and the DNA Outstanding Community Service Award. In addition, Dr. Bobonich was a 2011 University Hospitals Case Medical Center nominee for the Albert Dykes Ohio Health Care Worker of the Year award.
