ATTENTION: The FDA announced on March 30, 2007, that the maker of the drug Zelnorm (generic name: tegaserod maleate) has agreed to stop marketing the drug due to health safety concerns.

If you are taking Zelnorm (tegaserod maleate), you should consult with your physician as soon as possible about stopping the medication and your treatment alternatives.
