Question:

Is chelation therapy helpful in the treatment of Alzheimer`s disease?

Answer:

There have been no large scale studies done which demonstrate that chelation therapy is beneficial in Alzheimer`s disease. Therefore, there is no evidence that chelation is approproriate, safe or effective in Alzheimer`s patients.
