Urge incontinence

What causes urge incontinence and are there any treatments other than the new drugs that are now advertised on tv?

Urge incontinence can have many causes including bladder relaxation or changes in nerve control of the bladder often due to ageing. Other causes can be related to bladder infections. A physcician should be consulted who can properly evaluate the patient so that appropriate treatment (medication or surgery) can be carried out.
