How Harmful is Smoking for Teenagers and Chil

Question:

How bad is smoking for kid`s especially teenagers? And what is the percentage of kids that start or smoke occassionally that continue through there adult years?

Answer:

Smoking by kids or teenagers is bad for their health! Effects include bad breath, stained teeth, cough and sore throats, fatigue, shortness of breath, face wrinkles, dental gum disease and tooth loss. In addition, there is a risk of heart disease and cancers, which increase with the length of time smoking. A recent study of high school seniors who were smoking at least half a pack a day revealed that more than 80% were still smoking 5 or 6 years later.
