Can you give me some facts about the AIDS virus?

Answer:

Facts about AIDS: AIDS is caused by the Human Immuniodeficiency Virus(HIV). It is transmitted by contact with infected blood, by having sex with an infected person, or via a mother to her unborn fetus during pregnancy or delivery. You connot contract HIV by casual contact or kissing. AIDS continues to be a major public health problem, with increasing numbers of women and persons of color being infected.
