Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder |
Chiropractic Treatment of ADD12/21/2000 |
I was listening to an infomercial on tv last night and heard a chiropractor speeking about back disorders. He was advertising relief from many problem. Then a women came on saying something to the extent of... "my child is ADD and suffered poor grades and now that he has gotten treatment he is a straight "A" student. Do you know of this claim/treatment? Does this fall into the holistic type method?
Although I have little doubt that chiropractic care has many potentials and gifts that have not yet been "proven" via the Western interpretation of "scientific method", I know of no chiropractic therapy that replaces stimulants for persons with ADD.
