how to stop smoking, cause i`ve olready try it, but can`t stop.
That is excellent that you have made an attempt to quit smoking. It frequently takes more than one try to be successful. You learn something about yourself and your nicotine addiction with each attempt - such as what are the most difficult times to keep from smoking; or what helps the most to distract you during those times. In addition to behavioral techniques, you may wish to discuss nicotine replacement medication and zyban with your doctor or nurse practitioner as these medications have doubled success rates. Other suggestions for you to consider are available on the Quitting Tips page
