If a person has lupus and takes her medicine with an additional nautural vitamins, will the vitamins affect the way the lupus pill works?

I depends on what the `natural` vitamin is. If the content of the `natural vitamin` is known, your physician can assess for any adverse interactions between the medicines that you take for lupus and this natural vitamin.
