Shower/Toilet seat transmission

Question:

Can Genital Herpes virus be transmitted from showers? If someone with Herpes takes a shower and 10 minutes later, a 2nd person uses the shower, can the 2nd person catch the virus, either from the shower floor or the soap, etc? Towels are kept separate.

Also can you catch the virus from sharing the same toilet with an infected person?

Is there any PERMANENT cure in sight?
