I would like some ideas on how to start an employment wellness program and exerise program
For information on beginning an exercise program, please see the question on "Getting in Shape for the Summer" listed on our website. Regarding beginning an Employee Wellness Program, I would need to know what the needs are of the company. Has an employee wellness survey been performed?
