Answer:

The symptoms of Alzheimer Disease primarily involve changes in thinking and memory, mood, and day-to-day functioning. These symptoms can be caused by a variety of medical conditions. An individual would need to have a complete medical examination before a diagnosis of Alzheimer`s would be considered. I am including two links below that describe in detail the symptoms of AD.
