Does it make a difference where a person walk to get some fittnes benefit from it, I mean if I walk inside a room for 15 munits or if I walk in park or the mall for 15 munits wouldn`t the benefit will be the same since I`m walking the same aount of tme.
Walking is a wonderful fitness activity to help increase one`s general fitness level and can be performed almost anywhere. The added bonus of walking outside is that you are able to enjoy the scenery around you, and the varying terrains may alter the intensity of your workout. Mall walking is very popular in that it provides a safe environment if you are walking on your own. In addition, malls provide a stable temperature.
