Swollen abdomen



I took an exercise class where I overdid it. My body was very sore. The next day I did Pilates, and I did it again the following day. On this day, I noticed my abdomen to the right of my navel swelled. The swelling goes all the way past the hip bone. My muscles are sore when I press the area, but there is no pain. What can I do to reduce the swelling? And, what did I do?
