Question:

How do you know if you are in good enough shape?

Answer:

I believe that when you are referring to shape, you are referring to your level of physical fitness. The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) has defined physical fitness as a set of attributes that people have or achieve that relates to the ability to perform physical activity.
