Onset of flu symptoms01/16/2004 |
How long (generally) does it take from exposure to the flu to the development of symtoms? If I have been around someone with the flu and am not sick in x days, can I breathe a sigh of relef and say that I won`t get it (this time)?
For the flu, it is usually from 2 to 7 days for the symptoms to appear, though there is always some variability.
