New smoking cessation treatment?

04/07/2004

Question:

There is a clinic in Georgia named the Georgia Center for Nicotine Addiction. They offer a one time treatment for smoking cessation using what they call an "Anticholinergic Block Method". Supposedly they have a US Government patent on this treament.

My question, is this legitimate, or just a new spin on the ole snake oil salesmans pitch?

There website is www.nosmokeatlanta.com

Answer:
