Question:

hello there, my question is very simple. i want to desperately lose my weight, but can`t do it without flattening my stomach. i want to reduce my abdomin and so i want to know what is the best exercise for it and how can i do it, how many times and how many times week? please tell me the details and also when the results can be predicted.i also want to have slim tight, what exercise can i do for that? thanks

Answer:

Weight management is best achieved through a combination of proper diet and physical activity. Initially, moderate levels of physical activity (for example, walking) for 30-45 minutes, 3-5 days per week, is encouraged. Strength training is also a very important component in weight management. Keep in mind that all activity counts, so make physical activity a part of each day. Aim to lose about 10 percent of your weight over approximately 6 months. Loss of 1/2 to 2 pounds per week is usually safe.

 Regarding diet, let the food guide pyramid guide your food choices. Choose a variety of grains daily, especially whole grains. In addition, choose a variety of fruits and vegetables and strive to eat five servings a day of fruits, vegetables, or a combination of both.
