Question:

I have a 12 month old baby girl that has bottom front tooth, but also she is growing a tooth in front of another tooth, is this normal or can it be solve??? Please reply back.

Answer:

It is unusual for crowding of primary (baby) teeth to be as severe as you indicate in a 12 month-old-child.  Your daughter should be examined by pediatric dentist for a diagnosis and treatment options.
