What weight lifting techniques are the best for building muscles?
The best way to build muscle is to do exercises with heavier weights at lower reps. However, it is important to maintain proper form in order to avoid injury as you add weight to your lifting program. By no means should you sacrifice form to increase weight! In addition, a well balanced diet will also help you reach your goal. Good luck and lift safely!
