Dental Infection11/10/2004 |
I recently experienced an infection or abcess in one of my back rightside upper molars. After several days of pain and sensitivity the infection appears to have moved into my right cheek. MY dentist said it has infected my sinus below my right eye and the swelling extends from there to the base of my right ear. He has me on 150 mg clindamycin - is this the best thing to be taking - the swelling has not gone down for 2 days now
It sounds like the right regimen. Always check back with your dentist if you are unsure.
