Exercise and Fitness
I am a 52 year old woman with a body fat of 21.6%. Is this a good place for me to be or should I try to get the body fat lower? Thank you.
According to ACE (American Council on Exercise, 2003), an "Average" body-fat percentage category for women is 24-31%. Your 21% body-fat falls into a "Fitness" category, which is good.
