Fat burns?



how many calories does a fat cell burn and how many calories does a muscle cell burn?


The more lean muscle mass an individual has on their body, the more calories they will burn exercising, sitting and going about their daily activities.  For every extra pound of muscle, an individual will typically use at least an extra 35 calories per day.  Therefore, it is desirable to increase the body's lean muscle mass through various muscle strengthening exercises.
