T1c Stage Treatement Options03/29/2005 |
I have a PSA of 10 and a gleason score of 3+3. They say I am in stage T1c. What do you recommend I do?
T1c is correct assuming you do not have a palpable abnormality on your prostate when it is examined. There are varied treatment options. I assume you are less than 70 and in good health. Given those assumptions radical prostatectomy or radiation therapy are options and you should discuss them with your urologist.
I hope this information is helpful to you.
