Thigh pain



I have recently experienced moderate pain in my thigh (about 1 week). At first, it was localized to the inside of the thigh, so I just thought it was a groin strain. However, it started to radiate to the center of my thigh and down to my knee. I`m a high school runner and run about 4-6 miles a day. The pain gets worse while exercising and immediately after exercising and also walking up stairs. Any ideas what this could be?


Sounds like you have a muscular problem (strain, sprain, or tear).  I'd stop exercising and consult your physician as soon as possible.
