Excersise and back pain



I have lower back pain and am only 15 and i wanted to know what the best way to increase my endurance and muscular strength would be without hurting my back?


The aspects of a resistance training program are as follow:

Frequency- 2-3 days per week, with at least one day of rest between sessions.

Sets- a minimum of one set with 8-12 repetitions to volitional fatigue.

Exercises- minimum of 8-10 exercises involving all the major muscle groups.

One possible key to helping your back, might just be your abdominals.  Having a stronger core (abs and lower back) should help you out in relieving some of that back pain.
