Walking fast



If you walk realy fast for 25-30 minutes a day, will that help you lose any weight?


Walking is an excellent form of cardiovasular exercise and can lead to weight loss.  Walking at a fast pace will increase your heart rate, thus burning more calories.  In the long run, walking at a brisk pace for a minimum of 30 minutes 6 days per week, along with good eating habits, will help you achieve weight loss.
