Green Light and Indigo Laser Treatment Differences01/05/2006 |
What is the difference between the greenlight laser treatment and the Indigo teatment? If you can`t tell me, can you guide me to someone who can?
They are different types of laser techniques. One is by inserting the laser fiber into the prostate (Indigo) and the other is destruction of prostate tissue on its surface (Green Light). Both are done as outpatient procedures. A urologist in your area should be able to show you the difference with use of figures and diagrams.
