I have a quick question01/28/2006 |
i have twisted both of my knees a total of 16 times how do you prevent it from happening again and could it have done some serious internal damage
Can you describe "twisted" a little better? Does this mean that your knee gives out on you and that you are unable to continue with activity? What makes your knee twist? These are all questions that help to delineate the severity of these recurrent episodes. If these episodes are occurring with more frequency with less intense exercise, this is a sign that you should follow up with a sports medicine professional to determine the source of these episodes and prevent long term issues with your knee.
