CO2 laser resurfacing

Question:

I had CO2 Laser resurfacing done on my nose a few years ago, to make it smoother. Before it was done, I was told it would make the pores on my nose larger, which it did. If I have this procedure done again, would it make the pores even larger, and continue to do so if I have it done every few years?
