Climbing stairs02/16/2006 |
When I walk up five flights of stairs I get really tired but not burnt out. I am 50 years old and I was wondering if I should be concerned about this. After a week or so I was able to walk the stairs without tiredness.
It sounds like you have increased your level of fitness through exercise. Exercise is very good for your long term health, and if you can climb 5 flights without being tired then you are probably in very good health. Keep up the good work!
