I have worn dentures since I was 16. I have no bottom gum line left and the top is going down. Is there a reconstructive surgery that can rebuild the gum line and be able to have implanted teeth? Thank you
You are most likely a candidate for dental implants to support a new lower denture that would stay in your mouth unless a dentist removes it for maintenance. I recommend a consult with a prosthodontist or oral surgeon to evaluate your particular situation.
