How can I lose weight quickly?

Define quickly for me?

The best weight loss plans combine healthy eating, balanced nutrition, and regular exercise.  This takes time and involves lifestyle changes.  Quick fixes don't work.  In many cases you'll just put the weight back on and then some.  Think long term and not tomorrow or even next week.
