Urinary Tract Cancers

Please help my son. He's 9yrs old, was operated on for meningomyelocele. Now he's suffering hydronephrosis. The problem is: 1. Kidney pain 2. Underweight and under height 3. Anorexia 4. Does not pass urine and stool, so he feels severe pain. I feel if his urine could pass he would be o.k. Otherwise he will die due to kidney failure. I want to know that any treatment or latest technology in anywhere in the world for passing his urine. I want him to live, not go into kidney failure.
