what is the most effective treatment, i`m using Ditropan but still have to use pads cos after 3hrs my bladder empties.I dont like this as it is inconvinient and embarrasing.
It may be that you need to increase the dose of the medication but I suggest you consult with your physician before you do so. Also you may want to try to urinate by the clock e.g. every 2 hours so your bladder does not get too full. What you are experiencing may change with time depending on when your injury ocurred.
