I want to lose 30 pounds and be fit by june is that a obtainable goal?Is there spacific execises o speed weight loss.

Answer:

Any safe and healthy weight loss program shouldn't exceed a rate of 2 pounds per week.  Think lifestyle change or long term, not quick or next week.  Regular cardiovascular exercise in combination with strength training is the best way to lose fat and better your health.
