Pulmonary Fibrosis |
Pain03/16/2006 |
I just recently was diagonised. The lat two days I feel like I have a vise around my chest. Is this normal, of should I contact my Doctor. Thanks.
The most common symptoms of pulmonary fibrosis are shortness of breath and cough. Pain is uncommon (unless you have had a recent surgical lung biopsy) and is more often due to other medical problems. Some causes of chest pain can be quite serious (such as heart disease) and some causes of chest pain are less serious (such as a muscle strain). Checking with your physician is always a good idea when unexpected symptoms such as chest pain occur.
