Is it possible for a woman to still get pregnant after a man has had his prostate removed?
It depends on the type of operation. If it is total removal for cancer - pregnancy cannot occur for the procedures includes a vasectomy. If however it is is "simple" prostatectomy, typically performed for relief of symptoms related to urination, pregnancy could occur.
