i have a strained groin from squating. I ruled out hernia by doctor last week. I lifted shoulders today and strained hard and my groin started to hurt. Also the pain is in my testicles and up. docter says this is normal.
Most groin strains have pain in the groin and not in the testicles. It sounds like continuing to lift is changing some of your symptoms. You need to eliminate the lifting until you are asymptomatic but also follow-up with your doctor.
