Numbness of toes and heel of one foot05/26/2006 |
My left toes and my heel become numb during my training on the elliptical trainer. I got new shoes but this has not relieved it.How do I relieve this numbness?
My suggestion is to stretch your new shoes and old shoes. Sometimes they are too tight in the toebox area and this area can put compression on the toes when doing the elliptical trainer. When you feel your feet about to get numb, step off the elliptical and stretch your shoes, rub your feet and then jump back on the machine once your symptoms clear. Hope this helps.
