Broken arm

Question:

What rehabiltion exercise can i do to improve my arm strength after i havhe broken my arm?

Answer:

As always, the best thing to do is check with your physician before starting any programs. However, small resistance exercises using ands, machines, or small weights are a great place to start. Using it in the pool and moving it gently through its natural range of motion using small weights is also great.
