I have a pain sometimes when sleeping in my left stomach area below my belly button but over to the left side. I am worried this could be stomach cancer or colon cancer symptoms. I do not have the symptoms all the time. They come and go. It is not a sharp pain, sorta dull.
This pain can mean a number of different things. It is important that you follow up with your primary care physician (PCP) as further workup may be needed.
