Chest popping



For about a year now I have had problems with my chest popping on the right side. It used to be only if I laid on my side that something would "slipe". I would have to get up and stretch my arm to get it to pop back into place. Now, if I sit too long or am slightly bent over this "slip" occurs and I try to stretch until it pops back, but it has become increasingly more difficult to do and now it`s sore and painful to breath or stand up straight until it has popped back. It occurs several times a day. What is this and what should I do about it?
