Is Finacea (azelaic acid) very effective for blackheads?
Azelaic acid (Finacea) is quite effective in most patients that have comedones - blackheads. Use as directed. Limit the applications according to the label, and you should have no difficulty. If you do, you need to see a board certified dermatologist for explanation and choice of anti-acne care.
