I was wondering if it would work on a small penis? And whether you reccomend it. My penis is 4 1/2 in, by 1 1/2 in. an it was once 8 in. by 4 in until I became a diabetic.
An implant is a reasonable option for you. It will give you a firm erection, and great girth. There will be no change in length, however. Sorry.
