Since I have an electrolyte imbalance....10/10/2006 |
...which sends me into dehydrated shock conditions, what are my options for preparing for a colonoscopy?
You may be able to do a prep with CoLyte, GoLytely or NuLytely since they don’t draw additional fluid or electrolytes out of your system. I would avoid any of the phosphate preps for that reason.
