Skin discoloring03/05/2007 |
I am a 37 year old woman and have notice that my leags have had some patchy redness. First it was on my lower leags then moved to my inner thighs. It looks like light sunburn, light in redness, not solid in color, skin is smooth, but look like I was sitting on a towel?
Red areas on the lower legs are very nonspecific. There's a long list of things that can cause it. It is extremely difficult to comment on it without seeing the actual lesions. Being seen by a physician would be helpful in diagnosing whether this is an inflammatory rash (allergic reaction, etc,) versus skin fungus, or others.
