Hydroceles - penis or testicles?01/12/2007 |
Could a "water" appearance around the penis (instead of the testicles)also be a sign of hernia? My son is 6.
Hydroceles represent fluid around the testicles and may be a sign of a hernia in children. If the swelling gets bigger and smaller, the child does have a form of a hernia. If however, the fluid never changes in size, it may be a simple hydrocele.
