Pain and swollen vein in wrist01/30/2007 |
I am a 25 year old female and my right wrist started to hurt a few days ago I noticed that the vein on the inner side of my wrist was bulging a bit and to touch was a little painful, even the hairs on my skin seemed sencitive it has gone down but am not sure what could have happened any suggestions?
Not having the benefit of being able to see the vein, it may be just some local trauma or irritation to the vein. A warm compress and Advil may help.
