Use of Madopa in children
My 6 year old daughter has been prescribed Madopa for suspected dopa responsive dystonia. Although it is a very low dose, I am worried because everything I read says not to give it to people under 25 years old as it may restrict bone growth. What do you think?

Unfortunately, your question does not fall within the scope of my topic area or that of any other current NetWellness expert. A pediatric neurologist specializing in movement disorders would be the best person for you to discuss these concerns.
